Is there a fee for an initial consultation?

The initial consultation is free, however consultations must be scheduled in advance.

How long is the wait for appointments?

Call our office to check for appointment availabilities.  Appointment wait times can vary depending on attorney availability and case urgency.

 

How much does each service cost?

Real Estate purchases and sales have set fees.  Probate fees depend on the complexity of the decedent's estate.  Each document has a set fee for estate planning, however the more complex the estate plan gets, the more the cost.  Divorce, parentages and post decree matters vary as well because we never know how complex the case will be.

Do you have payment plans?

Yes. We are able to accommodate a payment plan that meets your needs. We accept cash, credit card, money orders, and cashiers checks.

 

What are your hours?

We are open Monday - Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm.  We are closed on federal Holidays. 

 

Are you open on the weekends?

No, our office is not open, however if an appointment is needed on a Saturday or a Sunday, we try to accommodate our clients as best we can.
